Had A/C tune-up today. Technician called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Technician, Abe, was on time and worked very efficiently. Very pleased with his work.
We needed replacement on an old AC unit. Randy and Dustin were part of our family for two days and did a fantastic job! We couldn't be more please with their work, timeliness and how clean they left our home upon completion.
Chris Lambert, service tech, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. My AC was not working. His attention to detail was awesome. I told him the problem he found the part that was not working, changed it and continued checking the whole system to make sure there was nothing else that was causing problems. Abe and Darrin was our installer for our new central air system. They were respectful, professional, and friendly. They worked none stop, tested the central air, and clean up after themselves. I would give them 5 stars. They gave us outstanding service. I recommend Buckeye Horizon for anyone who needs furnace or A/C!
