Shuttlebus left us waiting for an hour. Very disappointed. Will not go again.

Some of the worst service I have ever had. Will not recommended to anyone I know.
Slow service and apparently too loud for them to hear what you want to order....I was thirsty and it was as if they didn't want to accommodate.
