Unprofessional. Had an appointment scheduled for the kids on 5/26 and was told they didn’t have us on the schedule despite the fact we have the appointment card on the fridge. To top that off, they no longer take our insurance carrier. No call. No letter. Nothing.
I'm so happy with my experience here! I was petrified to go to the dentist after years of not going. I not only felt calm, I'm no longer scared of the dentist! Lauren did a deep clean and it didn't hurt, at all!! Everyone is so nice on the phone and in person! 💟
I went to Buckeye Dental to have my wisdom teeth removed. My visit went well and the staff was great. Heather was my dental assistant. She was very sweet and made my visit more comfortable.
My Daughter started her braces with Dr Fareed in 2014 while he still worked at Family Dental Care Associated (Sear's Dental). During the consult he told me my daughters treatment would be 24 months that he wanted to have a baby tooth towards the front pulled then pull down the tooth that was behind it. This place is horrible. My husband hasn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years due to his phobia of the dentist. They were very rude and condescending to him. Also took over an hour to even get a dentist in the room. Do not recommend this place at all
very quick to get me in and never have had an issue it's always what is best for me. Deffinatly recommend anyone to come here.
You do not “care” for anyone but yourselves and money you bring in.
