I want to thank the staff for their compassion and kindness regarding my now deceased cat, Pringle. They were able to get me scheduled ASAP for my cat’s euthanasia appointment. They were very helpful during the entire process and ensured that I took my time with my fur baby. They explained how the process would go. Buck Lake Animal Hospital is wonderful!! My cat Shana always receives great care from Dr. Varela and staff whether it’s a routine check up or because she’s feeling under-the-weather. I highly recommend (and so does Shana)!
One morning last week we discovered that our cat had helped herself to part of a chocolate covered protein bar, so on the recommendation of our son, we called Buck Lake Animal Hospital. Staff very knowledgeably allayed our concern but then asked if we would like to have a vet examine the cat, and when we replied affirmatively we were given an afternoon appointment that day.
