Sam went above and beyond for me while my car was in the shop. The insurance company that I was working with was a total pain to deal with, yet everyone at Buchholz was more than willing to help me fight with them to get my car fixed. My car looks brand new and was repaired with only Mazda parts, just like I wanted. The paint matches perfectly with the rest of the car. I cannot say enough good things about my experience!!
Went in today with minor damages and they fixed my problems. They were so sweet and helpful! I was out of there in 10 minutes because they knew what they were doing!

Went in today to have my car quoted to be fixed after being hit in a parking lot. I was helped immediately! They were conscious of the fact that I had my 8 month old son with me and worked quickly. They were honest and upfront about the repair. I highly recommend them!!
From the beginning Rick was very upfront and professional. I absolutely appreciated the fact that he treated me like a customer that he wanted to make happy about my situation. I spoke with Jason, the General Manager and together we discussed the options and costs of repair. Together we decided on a particular option and he immediately made inquiry as to what the cost would be under two different scenarios. He also agreed to work with my insurance company on another repair and to get me the best deal on a windshield aftermarket product that met the parameters of the original manufacturers replacement. The work was done well and on time.

After having someone back into my rear passenger door, Buchholz was right there beside me the whole time. They made sure I was up to date on the repair process and helped navigate me through the car insurance lingo.
