Professional family-owned business. I was treated with courtesy, everyone was friendly and they are efficient. I was called the day prior to my car being ready to tell me all was on schedule. They have a terrific reputation.
Awesome customer service and great repair. The repair took longer then I expected BUT they took the time to look at my car thoroughly to make sure my car was repaired perfectly. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was going on with my car. Though Jason helped me out in the beginning, Becky took over and she was AMAZING. She kept me informed and greatly appreciated the world-class service I received. Thanks again for repairing my car and making it new again.
The car looks like the accident never happened, and was ready when they said it would be.
Sadly have been hit twice within the span of one year but glad Buchholz was able to repair my car so beautifully both times! Would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of repairs. Staff is very nice/helpful as well.

I had a great experience working with Sam to have my bumper fixed after someone hit my car. I took it to the shop without an appointment, and Sam immediately went out to give my car an initial look. I wasn't able to get in for a few weeks because of how popular and well-reputed they are, but it was totally worth the wait. They were great about letting me drop my car off early, Sam kept me informed about their progress so I was able to coordinate to get my rental car back on time. Love them!
