We were too tired to walk again so we “settled” on Buchanan’s at our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with outstanding service, nice calm and comfy atmosphere, and yummy food. Our group of six had ravioli, Tuscan chicken, Philly cheesesteak, salmon, and tuna and everyone was pleased with their food. Very large portions so you can definitely share. Reasonable prices. Our server, Shara, was great!
The restaurant atmosphere is nice, the service was less so. After taking our order the waiter said he'd be right back with bread, which we never got. He was also not available for taking additional drink orders etc. Maybe the reason was that we were there late, just an hour or so before they closed and the staff was busy setting up tables for breakfast. Our server Lise was very friendly and attentive. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to order and vegetables were a perfect tender crisp.
Want to share how wonderful the experience was for my daughter's 40th bday, the food and ambience was incredible. Special thank you to Lise for her kindness and her staff for giving excellent service. If you have a special occasion this is the place to go to!!
