I just bought a 2015 Ford Focus for my daughter at Buchanan’s Auto Sales. The salesman that I worked with was Jeff Ruff. I was very happy with the way that I was treated. Jeff worked very hard to help me. I highly recommend Buchanan’s Auto Sales and Jeff Ruff.
Sales team was not truthful during our sale or after we purchased the LandRover. We purchased the vehichle and we drove 10 miles down the road and every light on the dash came on. I called back and was told that the vehicle was as is when it was sold (not matter if we were a few miles away). I asked if we could trade it back and pay extra and they refused. I just bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 a few months back and they “repaired” the power steering pump, the thing still leaks like crazy and I also just got it back out of the shop for both of my front hub assemblies rusting out. Also found out that a ball joint needs replacing. Muffler broke not even a week after I bought it. However they dealt with me in a fairly acceptable way when buying the truck but unfortunately it’s costing me a lot to fix as I keep finding things wrong with it. My wife bought a Toyota 4Runner from Buchanan’s. We worked with Jeff the entire way, so no dealing with multiple people. VERY straight forward to deal with, NO pressure sales - thank you for that!! Buchanan is a great dealer ship to by from and they try to work with you! I hate that David Billington quit but I wish him the best in whatever he works at next. I left a negative review before because I did not receive a check that I was told I would for the part they broke and I paid to replace but after a week and one day I did finally receive it and I am a man of my word so I changed my review as I said I would and also and apology to Brian!
