We bought a Mercedes Benz GL 450 in January 2019 and have had nothing but problems since. We were told that if anything went wrong, to bring the car in and they would take care of it. When the “Check Engine” light came on the day after we purchased and drove it home, suddenly they were too busy and couldn’t fit us in to take a look at it. This has gone on for months. We won’t buy another car from Buchanan’s ever again, and warn our friends and family to do the same!
I bought a car from them, in 2 days, I had to put air conditioner in, the front end fell in tire wall completely gone, set pictures and texts, called, NO I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN
Brian and his staff are awesome! It is nice to work with a dealership that actually stands by what they tell you. When you are buying a used car that is very important! I would recommend them to anyone.
