My wife and I appointed Gina Polo as our immigration attorney who was working for a different company at the time. Whilst her career biography reads well, the service provided is vastly different, in fact it's non existent. She will not respond to emails, it has been 3 months and i'm still waiting, gentle reminder emails also remain ignored.
