Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here when I took my son in. Our son was diagnosed by Dr. Lancer as having a stomach virus. His symptoms persisted and as suggested, we informed their office. The office stated that they would get back to us but never actually followed-up. As we were instructed, we tried to schedule a follow-up appointment. Not sure if they are just disorganized or they did not want to schedule, one receptionist told us of the timeslots available. I love having a team of great pediatricians that I can count on to care for my daughter! Dr. Bucci and Dr. Lancer are awesome as well as their nurses and office staff, who are extremely friendly and caring.
I thought I would like this place but I don't. Long long wait times. Their billing department suck. I get bills that are already paid off or get charged for a co payment unnecessarily. Sick visits are on a first come first serve basis and I have to almost play tic tax toe in order to have my child seen for a sick visit. When I had my now 2 month old baby Dr. Lancer was the doctor I chose to follow up with after delivery she never showed up to see me or my baby I had to see the hospital's pediatrician! I absolutely love this office, we have been seeing Dr. Lance at the Towson office for about 5 months now and she is amazing. we love her, especially my daughter and she is so fast with shots, they are over before you even know she started them. I refer Bucci Lancer Pediatrics to all my friend with babies and those expecting babies. They are for sure keepers!!
We met with Dr. Bucci for the first time today. I was extremely impressed with how much time he took asking questions and providing feedback regarding my 7 year old son. I feel really good about this practice and will be bringing my younger sons when they are ready. Thank you for the great experience!
