The office has changed for the better since we started in 2015. They have added a Nurse Practitioner, who is very nice. This has cut down their wait times completely. They always have appointment availability and accept a wide range of insurance. Dr. Bucci is very knowledgable and kind. He is very patient with my daughter and we actually enjoy our visits. We have been going to Dr. Bucci for nearly 2 years now. My children (3) absolutely love him and are never scared about coming to the doctors office, if anything they ask to see him! Dr. Bucci has been so patient and attentive to me and helping to figure out some very complicated health issues with my oldest son. I feel that he listens to me and we work out a plan of action. Dr Bucci and Lancer are incredible pediatricians!!! They have a great bedside manner and take their time to ease your concerns or questions. When my son was sick and in the hospital Dr Bucci called me and text me even off his office hours to be involved in his treatment and progress. Totally give them 5 stars!!!
This office was recommended to be by the nursing staff @ GBMC when I was in the hospital after having my son by emergency C Section. Two days later, we took our son to the office & was seen by Dr Lancer. She is so sweet & so down to earth. I love her bedside manner. Secondly, I like Dr Bucci as well. When Dr Lancer is not there, he makes me feel comfortable knowing my son is in good hands too. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good pediatric office.
