It's always delicious, and the waitestaff is courteous and prompt
The weighted was rude and he said he couldn't serve me a single plate of spaghetti but I could buy a plate for four even though there was only two of us. Other dishes were for large groups and it seemed that they didn't want to bother with couples. I will never go there again
Service was really slow even on a non crowded day, but the food was good.
Ignored 20 minutes to finally take my food order, while everybody else got served within a minute. Only reason I'm upset is the last time we were here we were completely ignored for over an hour after we ordered. They even forgot about us, they were forced to comp our food. Food is good but shitty service. I know I'm not the only one who agrees. Contact me bucca, make things right.
This place sucks, the manager is useless. We asked that he honor some discounts that we had and the manager copped out to........ the computer won't let us do it..... what kind of place calls a person the manager but doesn't let him make decisions on his own
We are sitting at the Pope table. Some of us coupons BUT only can use ONE coupon for one order out of 7 different bills at the same table. THE COMPUTER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO MULTIPLE COUPONS. SO, don't go bucca de peppo with more than one coupon.
Very sad to see the big increase in prices since New Year's. Every item is $3-$5 more than last month. That definitely will limit our trips here in the future since it was already expensive before the price hike.
Very good food, generous serving, reasonable price, excellent service!
