We love Bucas.This was first time at Greendale.We went to downtown for like 15 years.It was fairly busy so we chose to take a booth in barroom. The bartender was our waiter and did a fine job.Our entrees were lasagna and the spicy chicken rigatoni. Both were excellent and generous servings.We order large so we have more leftovers :) I will be back....soon.
Very poor service. Ordered take out and waited for 35 minutes. No one checked in with me. Sat at the empty bar while waiting and bartender never offered me a drink. A supervisor or manager gave me glass of water but no follow up. I had to track down the hostess who took my order. The food was good but had very few pieces of chicken. It looked as if it was put together quickly without any thought. Very disappointing and I won't be back to this location.
Food was good. Cannoli wasn't like I remember from having lived in Sicily a few years ago. Service was subpar. Did not appreciate the waitress correcting our pronunciation of some of the foods. Again, having LIVED in Sicily, we learned proper pronunciation. Server forgot drinks, one appetizer & one person in our party asked for chilled wine & it was not served chilled.
Terrible, slow service. Salad had hair in it. Really long hair. Waiter took the salad. Said management would take salad off bill. Bill came. They charged for the salad anyway. They did take it back off the bill but not until we had already paid for it. The new chicken dish on the menu we ordered was really salty and over cooked. Waiter was nice but very inattentive. Management didn't come to our table to apologize or offer anything at all. We left hungry and kinda irritated. :-(
Great service, great food and great atmosphere! I think my husband and I found our new spot for date night �
Nice and friendly place to eat. Price was good for amount of food you get. Had the stuffed shells. They where great. Service was great till there was a rush. May need a little more staff to cover rush times. Love the pics all over the restaurant
