So when all the restaurants in Wisconsin close and you have a $50 Giftcard from this Christmas what do you do?!! I feel jipped....�
Food was good and plenty, however service was not. Visited this location twice and both times service was not what should. First time I had made reservations with Open table and when got there it took 17 minutes to be seated,. I was not busy at all looked about 30% full. However I now wonder what my gift card worth ( $50.00) since there are no more Buca's at WI.
Made a reservation for a large group 3 days in advance for a birthday celebration: when we got there they were low on food, didn’t have any clean silverware, and we could literally hear the staff saying things like “they couldn’t have picked somewhere else to eat?”. When it came time for them to sing the birthday song one of the employees had to *make* the rest of the less-than-enthused staff come into our private room to sing.
Worst service experience ever. So sad downtown closed . I made reservation for large group and had to wait 20 minutes . The drinks were brought out wrong and slow . The waitress kept involving herself in our conversation. Even though I preordered it they didn’t know about our celebration cake and I had to remind them 3 times . Cake tasted old and they decorated it horribly with our sons name . Disaster we will never go back . We spent $450 for a horrible night
I had a wonderful time with my wife here. Great service plus the waitress was kind and the food was DELICIOUS!!! Will come back eventually!
