I went there Tuesday, September 13,2016 for a belated birthday dinner with nephew & family (September 10) real bday. We ordered chicken Parmesan, stuffed mushrooms, salad. Very delicious. Can't complain. I also used my coupons & got a free bday cake. Plus they sang happy birthday to me. Try the Southridge one. Very good.

Incredible Chicken Marsala. My hubby and I go to Buca's to celebrate our anniversary after going to the one in downtown Milwaukee for our wedding dinner. We always get the chef's table. This is our first time the restaurant in Greendale and we are highly impressed. Everyone is so friendly as they walk by the chef's table. We certainly did not have to throw anything back. Had lunch at Buca for the 1st time, and last time. Pleasant decor, but that was as good as it got. Don't know our server's name-she didn't tell us, but she was adequate. Food was well below even Olive Garden. Garlic bread was burned, red sauce for the pasta was thin and tasteless. Chicken Marsala was tiny and the sauce was way too sweet. Shrimp dish that was advertised as spicy wasn't. Too bad. I'm very glad we had a BOGO coupon. Olive Garden is right up the street, folks.
We are here yesterday. Service was decent but the food was completely awful. My pasta arrived to the table dripping with water, and the sauce looked nothing like the picture it looked AND tasted like it was literally just canned tomatoes on top of spaghetti. My chicken was therefore soaked in water. It was the worst dining experience my family has ever had and my husband and I have agreed to not return because of how disgusting and disappointing this was. My family and I just had Christmas Eve dinner there and it was absolutely wonderful. Our waiter Henry was like a soda-refill ninja and didn't judge us for the crazy amount of food we ordered. Plus, dear Lord, the food itself was delightful! I can always count on that here. This has sincerely been a great addition to my Christmas memories. Thank you!
So my husband and I don't get out too often since we have three kids. Today we came to Bucas to have a early "date" dinner. We walked in, an no one was to be found at the hostess station. That's fine, we waited. A few minutes someone came and asked us if we could wait a few minutes while they cleaned a table. Had a special meal with my family for my mother and her boyfriend becoming a couple. Food was fair at the best. Not italian food at all. Yuck
They use way too much Rosemary! It's drenched in EVERYTHING! Made both my hubby and I suck! Will NEVER return!!!
