Very good food. The portions are huge. The restaurant has a lot of beautiful pictures on the walls.
Terrible service! Asked for a fork and never recieved one so I had to eat with a spoon from another person setting. No refills..had to share a drink with my kid. No napkins...we had to go into the bathroom to wash all the grease off our hands...again napkins would have been nice here! Sent back calamari because the bottom of plate was swimming in grease. Was told we could not have the oil and vinegar for the bread because people had stolen the bottles and she could not find any. We should have left when we waited 15 minutes ... read more
Had Abigayle for a server tonight and she was flawless. Impeccable timing and service. We were here maybe a year ago and had a few hiccups, but tonight was fabulous. Food was perfect, as well. Highly recommend the warm spinach and tomato salad!
Sat by kichen area. Staff was fighting with each other, flirting and using fowl language. Not only could we hear it,In a relection of a picture my family could see everything. Manager on site so this must be acceptable service.
We always make reservations for our Anniversary so we decided to try the new Southridge location. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The front desk girls gave our REQUESTED BOOTH to someone else so we got stuck in a loud party room at a small table in the middle of the room. Our waiter with the mohawk was terrible! Had the chicken & sausage ziti for my main course, had the trio of mozzarella wedges, calamari, and stuffed mushrooms and cannolis for dessert. I was extremely happy with my entire 1st time experience and enjoyed the food. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful, also the other staff and management were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Just finish my sons high school cross country pasta dinner. I thought Buca would be a great place to cater from. I was right burnt lasagna and the top layer of it was stuck to the lid. Don't get food catered from Buca . Sorry
It's not busy at all...getting a server took a while, getting our food took even longer. Food lacked flavor and our pasta barely had any sauce on it. Parts of one dish had pasta clumped together and therefore it was like a rock in the middle. I can and should have done better at home and saved myself the money (over priced) and time.
