superb!!! – We wanted to try something new, had hear dof Buca di Beppo, so we went. We had a great time, the fodd was good and the service was excellent.
Buca the Best – I think Buca is the best Italian food I have ever had. In fact, I love it so much that I make my boyfriend take me there atleast twice a month. The service is wonderful. The food is wonderful. Even the desserts are wonderful.
10 – You won't find a better Italian Restraunt in Salt Lake City. The only thing that I could compare it to is Restraunt Della Fontana till it closed. If your are looking for great Italian food and really good prices and a warm and charming atmosphere you will only find it here.
Great Food – If you like Italian food, Buca is the place to go. Especially if you like garlic. It can be a little busy at times and you might have to wait for a table, but it's worth it.
Buca rocks! – For all of you who haven't tried Buca di Beppo on Fort Union Blvd., I highly suggest you do! The servers make you feel like family, the food is fantastic (and abundant), and the desserts really are the best. Thousands of pictures of Sophia Loren, Frank Sinatra, Joe Dimaggio and Italian street scenes cover the walls while Italian music blares throughout the restaurant. The restroom decor is simply...tasteless...and perfect! It's the best place for families--kids and grandparents alike have a blast at Buca.
Waste of Money!!!! – The decor of this restaurant is about the only thing that was good. The food was terrible, felt like I was in a slop house and the prices were outrageous. I do not mind paying alittle more for food if the food is good but this was the worst food I have ever eaten. I would eat at Golden Corral or Hometown Buffet before I would ever go back to this restaurant.
THE BUCA EXPERIENCE – Dining at Buca is not simply enjoying a meal, it's an experience. The staff is like a big family that makes you feel like a part of them. The authentic food is excellent and while it is difficult to decide on one item, the family size portions make it easy for the whole family to sample some of everything. Over all, I would say that Buca is the best thing going for Italian without leaving the US!
Give me a break! – Why is this place on every top list on the new survey. Probably because the owners have told all employees to vote. Best desserts? Not even close! Best special occasion spot? I don't think so. I have been here once. Fun and Novel? Yes! Great food? No. Would I go back? Absolutley! A great place to go with a large group of friends. But, not worthy of any top 101
Sketchy at Best – I have to admit that I have only dined at BDB twice now. The first was an all around bad experience. But I like to give a restaurant 2 visits minimum (sometimes a different server helps). And the 2nd visit was slightly better than the first. They must have hired a new fry cook to make the lasagne. That's all I can say about that.
