I really want to like this product as other reviews seem to be positive however I ordered this product in May of 2023 and while they say the order was completed I never received it. The tracking number states that the postal service never received it. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and never received an answer. For my experience I recommend not ordering their product especially since the latest reviews was from 2021.
They won’t give me my refund! I ordered a Bubi bottle in hopes that my son could use it on the lacrosse field, as it sits it in the heat on the sidelines. Unfortunately he did not like the squishiness of it and refused to use it. I went to the site to get details on returning and their return webpage was an error page. I had to email and they sent me a FL address to return to. I packaged it and returned it within the 14 day timeline and have not gotten any kind of refund. I absolutely love my Bubi bottle! It is one of the coolest designs I've seen in years. It is so easy to maintain/clean. I love the fact that I can sanitize the bottle in boiling water to ensure a clean drinking experience. The fact it rolls up into a little ball makes it super easy to carry with me on go. I highly recommend you get one of these! They are GREAT!
The Bubi bottle is the step in the right direction for sustainability. Not only is it convenient with the attached carabiner to take everywhere, but I love that it takes hot or cold liquids. When travelling, I only need one bottle and I just found out it works as a cold compress as well!
We had an issue with our order but after contacting the Bubi Team. They assisted us to get everything situated. quick response and very helpful. We finally received our boys' bottles and so far they loved them, so easy to carry them around. Lovely colors. Perfect size and the best part is that is safe for them and environmentally friendly. Thank you team for this great idea and product! One happy mom
