Awesome BBQ, great staff, and great atmosphere. Visited with the owner (Bubba) and you can tell he puts his heart and soul into this. Looking forward to eating there again soon!

Im gonna go out on a limb and guess most if not all of the positive reviews are either from friends/family and/or people who've only had BBQ from this area. Went yesterday around 7:30 and was disappointed to say the least. The beans were good, everything else...not. I dont know where you guys learned to cook burnt ends, but what I was served was nothing more than cubed fatty brisket that not only wasn't burnt, but not even darkened. Terrible. RecommendedAs all my friends know I love ribs and Bubba's is the absolute best in Spfld. Tonight was my first time visiting there but it will be a regular dining place from now on.

Amazing BBQ! Shared the 5 meat platter for two with my misses. Had the ribs, pulled pork, and burnt ends. Definitely some of the best BBQ I've ever had outside of KC or Memphis. By far the best in Springfield! Very reasonable prices too! Also, the staff was super friendly. And the atmosphere was great! Very clean restaurant. Will definitely be frequenting this restaurant again and again!
