We visited Bubba's on our way through Springfield. The pulled pork had good flavor and the ribs were tender. The beans were delicious. One thing that was disappointing was that the meat was room temperature. When I added the barbeque sauce it made it cold. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.
Food was alright, but I went to change my 2 month old baby's diaper and there is NOWHERE to do that here. I said something to one of the waitresses and she just kind of looked at me. I'm sure she doesn't care. If I had to pick this place or another I'd pick the other because of the no diaper changing area. Who wants to have to go outside to change a diaper in the middle of a meal?
Burnt ends so tender and juicy sausage was great beans great slaw was very unique in a good way.

I had heard several people talking about the food @ Bubba's and knew I had to get over and check it out. It was definitely worth the trip and I would strongly suggest giving the Pink Lightning sauce a try. Delicious food and a clean yet rustic atmosphere.
Best ribs I've ever eaten. Love the atmosphere and everything we had was really good. We'll definitely be back!
