I had the Hibachi shrimp/steak Bowl which I've had plenty of times at other locations, it was so disgusting I couldn't get past 4-5 bites, worst meal I've ever had. The "steak" tasted like a combination of ground beef and cardboard, if this was my introduction Bubbakoos I'd never go back.
Trash. No shrimp. Ordered general tso’s and idk what they even gave me. It fine look like the photo at all. Rice was hard as ever so it wasn’t cooked all the way or stale like crap.
I had much anticipation to try your food but had to delay my satisfaction to hunt for utensils for my family and me to eat our burrito bowls. I ordered through Uber Eats, and when I attempted to contact your establishment, which according to your website would still be open, the phone just rang. So, it would be great to be mindful when preparing orders to provide your customers with utensils and napkins.
