The food was Goooooooood and service was excellent.
I have been to the restaurant in Hollywood & loved it. The one in Charleston wasn't anything like it. The service & food was just okay. I was disappointed.
Terrible experience. We mentioned something to the general manager about having dissatisfaction in our service. And asked if he would do anything about our bill and he said, "No... we want all your money." Not really great customer service. I can say I won't go back.
I ordered Coconut Shrimp and Fries. My daughter got a Popcorn Shrimp kids meal. Food was good but expensive!

My mom and I stopped in on August 3rd and thought we would try the lave flow mixed drink. Over priced drink that I'm sure they forgot to put any alcohol in. I'm a light weight when it comes to drinking so I know when something is in it. There was not an ounce of any alcohol in it at all,and it didn't give me any kind of buzz! Don't do people like that because it will come back on you!
The food was incredibly subpar for the price. The fries that came with my shrimp po'boy tasted stale. My girlfriend's mac & cheese appetizer was no better. The service was OK, no complaints there, but I can't imagine going back.
