From the moment we walked in it was great!!! First our server Buddy phenomenal!!!! He explained everything and was super friendly!!! By the way we were in Charleston SC... The food came out perdfectly cooked!!! We got souvenir glasses.... Buddy also did trivia from Forrest Gump, and I can say we got only one wrong.... What a great experience!! Just great food and a better staff!!! When we come back to Charleston we are definitely going back to Bubba Gump !!!!
Always go to this Bubba Gump while we visit Charleston. The food is always good and a great atmosphere. We had a new waiter who was fantastic and very accommodating. The 4 star rating is due to lack of Gump-trivia. No server around us quizzed their tables. I look forward to that charm, but non-existent this year. I mentioned it to our waiter. I hope it was passed on.
Everything was so delicious!! I had the shrimp Mac n cheese & a Caesar salad. Both of these are a must try!!
Typical mediocre chain restaurant food. I give the place a 2 simply because I got a cool glass to take home from my alcoholic drink that lacked.........well alcohol. Small portions at inflated prices. Taste is barely average. I wish it was better.
Service was terrible. Kept reminding our waiter about refills and such and his response was "sorry man, i forgot". Thanks Jordan, but not really. Took forever for our food to get to us and when it did, was not hot anymore.
Nickoli was our server and he was awesome. Best shrimp and grits ever and Coronarita's.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. This was the first time for me and my wife was not disappointed.
Every time I come here the service continues to decline. The server staff is extremely rude and not very helpful at all. Last time I went to this establishment there was a 45 minute wait but there were 25 open tables not being used.
Still the way I remembered. Mmmm...so good. Service was great.
