First of all we waited a hour when tables were available. When we did finally get seated and orders placed, my wife’s rice was crunchy( not cooked). She told the waitress and all she offered was another side. A few minutes after that my daughter pointed out a rat running across the ceiling. I didn’t make a big deal of it because we were I’m the market place and the doors were open so it could have just ran in but that ruined my appetite.

We were walking and came across Bubba Gump so of course we had to stop and eat! Lol!! The server was new, but okay. Not as lively as some of the rest. They were crazy busy tho, so no worries. I wasn’t really hungry so I ordered something small. Always love me some Bubba Gump Shrimp!!
Food was good, service terrible. Right off the bat our drink order was wrong. Then brought our food before we got our appetizers because he forgot to put it in. When it came time to pay, we had 5 in our group paying separately. He said it would probably take a while to get our change because he was terrible with math. I hope he was new, if not, he needs to find a new job.
Great food great service! I love this place! A must stop in Charleston!
Waitress seemed inattentive, service was slow, had to send shrimp and grits back because it wasn't hot.
