One place my family and I go to when we visit Charleston. Service has it's days. They are busy. But after many years we've only had bad service once. I love it when we play Forrest Gump trivia. Lol! Friendly and the food is great.
Absolutely enjoyed this place.
We are sitting upstairs right now with the worst waitress I’ve ever had. Very disappointing. Been here almost an hour. It too over an half an hour to get our appetizer. God knows how long before we get our food. Came all the way from Indiana for this
Service was terrible. None of the servers appeared to know who’s food went to which tables. Waited a long while for our drinks, and then our food. But, the food was very good. 5 stars for food!
If I could do this without a star I would but I had to give them at least one... clueless .. wanted a drink but the outside bartender tried to cop an attitude and got heard and called out.. well asshole, guess what? Henry’s got our business and his tip will be wonderful! Be nicer to your guest if you want to stay in business! Don’t waste your time here people!
We stopped by for a drink and bar tender said we can’t just have a drink - they were not busy at all - don’t waist your time at this place - people were real A holes - Henry’s got our business
Food was ok; guess we hit at the right time-food was delivered quickly. Best thing was Molly our waitress...very nice and pleasant.
We came to Charleston for vacation. I’ve always wanted to try Bubba Gump. We ordered. I ordered an appetizer and a meal. Never received the meal. They tried to charge me but ended up taking it off. The waiter didn’t check on us except to bring food. Not that impressed at all.
