Called earlier today and asked about the hours. I was told they closed at 11:00pm. So we enjoyed a show and came downtown. Paid $8.00 to park and walked across the street for dinner. It was 9:50pm and we were informed the kitchen was closed. I asked about the call today and the web site stating they were open till 11pm. I was informed they were on "Winter Hours" now.
Love the food and the atmosphere! We go there every time we are in Gatlinburg
Absolutely amazing shrimp and grits. LOVED IT!!! Just as good at the location in Destin.
Prices have gone through the roof. 2 people fish and chip plus 1 drink each $70 dollars. Nooo never again .
We always have a great time when we go to Bubba Gump in Gatlinburg awesome food great people fun atmosphere. ... I so wish we had one closer to home (hint hint Huntsville Birmingham florance Alabama )

Simply amazing and the staff especially the waitress Susan is amazing.
The food was very good when we went a few months ago. This time it was mediocre. My husband's shrimp appeared to be frozen, breaded shrimp and my pasta shrimp scampi was fair. Won't be going back. Has gone downhill from the last time we visited.
