Absolute great experience! Wait staff was excellent, very fun atmosphere and the food was so delicious! Also enjoyed the on the spot Forrest Gump pop quiz from our server :)

Loved this place. We had the best waiter ever! Excellent food and atmosphere.
Can't fault it, a must for seafood lovers. Great views of Times Sq from the eating area.

Food was disgusting stopped twice on way home puked from Clearwater Florida location
Very good time there. Food was great and the waitress was wonderful. I would definitely eat there again. Went on a Saturday and the wait was only 15 minutes downstairs and maybe another 5 upstairs. WTG
This was our first visit to Bubba Gump restaurants & it was very disappointing. Let me say that our server, Miguel was very attentive & appropriately concerned when our food came out cold. He returned the food to the kitchen & engaged the manager. The manager, Kylie was terrible. She never apologized, instead she dropped the food on the table and said "I gotcha a new one, ok?" And promptly walked off. She wa rude & her customer service skills were seriously lacking. We will not be back.
