Food and service was excellent! I can't wait to eat there again.
My wife and I were there around 4pm yesterday afternoon and sat at the bar upstairs. The food and drinks were fine, but the bartender must have been having a bad day, because she was an absolute bitch. Kinda put a damper on the casual afternoon we had planned having a few drinks and watching some college football. If you're going to be a bartender, you need a little friendlier disposition.
Good food , great service and lots of fun. Better than you think . I always thought of it as a tourist trap but it's a tourist must .
Food was awesome.And so was the Lava Flow drink amazing.
We enjoyed an excellent meal seated on the upstairs patio overlooking the streets of Gatlinburg. The food was hot, the service was quick, and we were able to pass the Forrest Gump quiz!
The food was great but the service was pretty lousy. Took 15 minutes for our waiter to get our drink order (2 ice tea's ) then another 15 minutes to actually get our drinks. Had to wait almost an hour for our food. I could understand if it was busy,but it was actually pretty slow.
The food was delicious, but way over priced. Our first waiter was moved to another section after he took our order so we just sat there wondering who was helping us. The second waiter was very nice. I wouldn't turn the food down, but I'm not jumping at the chance to go back.
My husband and I ate lunch here yesterday and we both really enjoyed it! We had the pork sliders and they were delicious as well as affordable!
The service was outstanding. Jessica was assisting us on the balcony and was extremely helpful and engaging! The shrimp and grits are the best.
