Sat us at a table a small child couldn't squeeze into so moved us after we requested it & found out another couple had the same issue. Food was good but expensive, waitress was great.
Our waitress, Montana was very friendly and excellent at her job. The food was great and we will definitely come back and make it a point to request Montana.
It's was not my kind of food I did not care for it
First time at Bubba Gump and it was fantastic! Service and food was excellant. Our server was Montana. She kept us busy with trivia and our drinks stayed full.
We eat here every time we come to Gatlinburg. I was a little disappointed this time with the quality of the food. The service was awesome!!
If you are allergic to coconut, then this is not the place to eat. They fry every thing in the same oil, french fries, reg shrimp and the coconut shrimp. Thankful that they did tell me. I had grilled shrimp and Baby back ribs. Didn’t really care for it. It did not have slot of taste to it
The portions were to small and food takes forever to come. Good shrimp tho.
The food vs price does not equal out. We thought we would try Bubba's due to the hype. Don't think it will be on our "to do" list the next time we are in Gatlinburg.
