Check in rep was horrible at communication. We went to the bayside location in Miami FL, When we arrived we where told we have 45 min wait. I had pointed out there where empty tables. Rep said they are waiting to seat ppl at those tables, they have been called. I then asked the rep how long do u wait for the customer hge said 10min. Mind u i have been talking to the rep for 5mins by now n he never asked to put my name on the list.
