we just walked out of the miami location. I spoke to the MOD to explain why. when we walked up, we were asked inside or outside. we responded inside. host just indicated we could sit at any of the high top tables we chose (3 in front of bar area). we sat. then my husband went to the restroom. when he came back, I went to the restroom. in the entire time we were there no less than 10 associates past our table, including the manager. not.one.person greeted us. there was no welcome or menus presented. the final straw is people ... read more
