Excellent service from Kareen and the food was very tasty
Our server, Danielle was AWESOME! We had so much fun not only with her but a couple other staff members that stopped by the table to chat. our food and drinks were so delicious. I cant wait to come back to Gatlinburg so we can come back and request her.
Be careful if you order an Icee for your child or a beer for the adults both served in $8+ souvenir cups that you aren’t told about upfront. Our waitress did not ask us if we wanted the souvenir cups she just added three cups to our bill and told us to take ours sons Icee cup with him and pick up two beer souvenir cups on our way out from the gift shop. Once we left we discovered we had been charged for the souvenir cups without any input on our own part. Too overpriced for what you are served as well. Two in our party left ... read more
