Great service and cool environment but food was lacking just a little something

Our server was amazing, one item was made wrong and they immediately made a new one and I was able to eat my meal with my friends. He did a trivia at the end that we really enjoyed. Fun place and great atmosphere.

We did not go to the restaurant. Bubba Gump donated 4 dinner meals to Team Rubicon during our disaster clean-up operation in Gatlinburg. They fed 15 people in the field. We had shrimp and grits, jambalaya (twice for those who are counting) and low country boil. All were excellent. The did a wonderful job and made it a lot more pleasant to go back into the field for another day of chainsaw cleanup. Thank you, Eric to you and your staff.
Huge thank you to Bubba Go Shrimp Co for there awesomeness. They fed us some amazing food while working in Gatlinburg Tennessee during our disaster response to the area over the past week. Business has been slow in the area since the wildfires back in oct-Dec and the recent fire and wind damage. The area has been hit hard over the last 8 months.
