Absolutely the best place to eat. Staff was very friendly and service was amazing. Coming from Kansas hands down the he best.
We had a party of 14 and the server not only took over an hour after finishing our meals to bring us our check but had us trying to figure out who had what. We had asked him when he took our drink order, to split the check and he didn’t. And to top it off, a few people who paid cash, weren’t given all of their change because he said he didn’t have any. Mind you, we were there for lunch time. The place had just opened.
Let’s just say it’s been a very very long time and only a few places where I have had to spit out my food because of how horrible it is! This was one of the times! The shrimp has no flavor and is definitely not fresh! What the heck is the stuff around the so called coconut shrimp?? Cardboard? Also, the 1/2 pound burger? Food was good. Not very long wait. Service was good
The food was well presented but very plain, had no flavor. The best thing we ordered was my daughters cheeseburger, but we did not come to bubba Gump for burgers, we came for the shrimp. It was our first time here and I was upsettingly dissatisfied. I will not be coming back! @bubbagumpco.

Asked to wait for 30 minutes for a table although the place was half empty waited ages for starters and mains turned up at same time but apparently thats the norm go figure
