I did not like or appreciate the slow and jacked up service. The waitress had an issue with a request substitution that she said yes to, but she sent the non apologetic manager back to the table. We got our food in spurts n barely warm. One of our party of four was unhappy with something received, but the manager just said "oh that's all we have" then walked away. Long story short, we will not patronize them again in any state. I had never tried the one at Navy Pier at home and I never will.
Every time we go to a new city we hit this place. This was the worst food with the worst service I've ever had. Also charges and totals didn't match.
Was down visiting for Essence Festival and stopped by with some friends for lunch. Our server Raja was great and very attentive to our needs and the Shrimp & Grots was AMAZING! I definitely will be returning next year for a visit!

The best I’ve ever had!!!! I’ve had Bubba Gump before but never has it taste this good! Hands down Fabulous! We’ll definitely be back next time around!! Our waiter was very courteous and timely! 😍😍😍😍
We're huge Forest Gump fans! We loved the restaurant! Food and service was great! Would definitely return!
The manager was unprofessional and rude.....The food was nasty and cold....i will never go back there......even if it was the last place on earth....
