Customer service and communication is the worst I have ever experienced. Had no problem running my credit and getting an approval but won’t answer any questions, was hung up on three times, and just very unprofessional. They do not keep their word and they just seem very shady in general. Would highly recommend to steer clear of this lot.
Do not buy from these people, they sold me a mustang with problems I wasn’t aware of, also an interest rate way higher than I was told, (of course I should have read more carefully when filling out the paper work), but a day passed and I decided I did not want the car anymore because of the issues, I returned the car and the key back to there shop. RecommendedWhen I wasn't able to put a huge amount of money down on a car, BUA was there and understood the issues that was in and helped me get my truck. The process was so super easy. Everyone was awesome. I 100% recommend this car dealership! NO ONE can compare with prices, hospitality and car as these fine people have bee.n for me. Had Great Experience Bought Nice car for good price. Staff was very helpful and nice. And they took the time too make sure that i was happy and the car was the way i wanted. i greatly appreciate them and would recommend them .
don't buy a car from these people.. i purchased a dodge ram 1500.. blew up in 3 week after giving them 4500.00 the owner said you should've had it checked out not our problem anymore.. that right there tells me all they sale are POS rides..also the the ride had a radio came back to pick it up radio was removed from them . they said radio doesn't come with truck

Bad experience, customer services sucks fist time we went there the owner Malik was on his phone while talking to us , he told us the vehicle we were going to purchase was going to be ready when we go pick it up, we gave him a 1,500 went there today and the vehicle was not ready it haven’t been worked on at all, his excuse was the mechanic was sick and they had told him it was ready, his job is to make sure it was before selling it, but it was easy for him to assume smh and now he don’t want to give me the money back he said... read more
