Rude staff. I just sat in there for 20 minutes and wasn't even greeted, or acknowledged.
I test drove the car, looked at the car fax, took it to have a diagnostic ran, a week later everything started falling apart. They promised to fix the sunroof, never happened. Tires bald, breaks and rotors dust. And a cracked manifold so It’s leaking gas. I financed through them and now I’m stuck. I wish I’d never bought from them😭
I had a bad experience. My Ford came just from auction and the guys from B.U.A Car Sales had the car ready for me in two hours! I got promised to get fixed two things at the car which didn’t happed yet. Also still wait to get the car title. Every time I call I get promise a call back, didn’t happened either. They never call, feel like after purchase they let me down! Not happy 🤨

What a rip off! Check prices online before going somewhere else! Their prices here are way above blue book and conditions of vehicle is sad!
SAME PEOPLE THAT OWNED BRAGG USED APPLIANCES!! Don’t go here! They sold us a car the had NO parking brake! Which is required by Nc state inspection to pass! Then refused to give me the state inspection! The owner offered to “fix” the car WITH JUNK YARD PARTS!!! His words exactly! Please take your hard earned money elsewhere
