I rented from BTM for a total of a little over four years. Excellent management and great people, by far the best I've ever rented from. The properties are maintained to the very highest standards and Brent is constantly making improvments to his properties. They truly care about their tennents and their properties. We have lived here for 3 years and we plan to stay until we buy a house. 5, 10, 15 years...it's all good. Well worth the price and well worth having a nice place to come home to.
