I have been using BTI Logistics for over a year now and am really impressed with their responsive customer service. Special mentions to Ravneeth Sen who expedited my most recent delivery and Alex Bedelovski who is always a pleasure to deal with and consistently goes above and beyond. The team always keep me informed on the progress of my shipments and offer really good pricing.
Ive used many importers/freight forwarders over the decades, usually nominated from overseas source of heavy pallets etc. Stress at the lack of communication and customer orientation has been the common feature. This Company BTI Logistics however is by far the best I have come across-absolute standout. Have no idea what they're doing, and did things to my vehicle that made it extremely dangerous to drive, and that could have resulted in serious damage to the car. Luckily, I didn't have an accident after picking up my car - no thanks to them. Sent email telling them about what happened; weeks later and no answer. Utterly unacceptable and unconscionable.
Like what Rachel toohey has said, it's ALL TRUE, this place is so unorganise, forklift and pedestrian are within arm reach. Workers with no license are able to operate machinery because team leaders are too BUSY dealing with unorganise work load and mess, they got no time to observe
