HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’m having engagement pictures taken tomorrow that I now have to cancel. They refused to refund me and pointed to a tiny sign near the cash register that you can only see when you check out. My nails are the worst I’ve ever seen them. Lumpy, misshapen, they look repulsive. Horrible people working there shrugged me off and referred to the no refunds sign. Do not go here.
Please don't go here. Yesterday I walked in and asked about getting my feet done. I know a few of the people that worked there so I was saying hello to a few of them. I had to use the restroom so I asked one of the nail techs if I could use their restroom. He said ok and I went ahead used the restroom, came back out and sat down to wait until they were ready to do my feet. About 5 minutes later the same nail tech came up to me and was like "you locked my door" in an extremely aggressive manner. I was shocked.. so much so tha... read more
