The facility was clean! First time seeing new doctor and she was great! A little nervous changing doctors. E- check in very smooth!
Very condescending employees treat you like you’re idiots. Especially Carol Kicks
The entire org and our health care system is insane. I had an appointment scheduled for annual physical a year out. The cancelled it. Now they can't see me until January (too late for my insurance) and nobody else in the org is willing to do my physical without "transferring care". They know how to take a reservation, they just don't know how to keep a reservation.
