This is by far the best landlord I’ve ever had. Tom and Barbara are so kind and friendly to students. It’s not an apartment complex, but the houses they have are in great shape and they are flexible. Tom is easy to have a conversation with and so is his wife. They work with your budget and are very understanding. They even let us move in a day earlier than our lease said. Couldn’t have asked for a better landlord! After 5 years of not living in their rental I’m still sought after and remarks made about me! I must have been their favorite tenant! I've been a tenant for about 7 years under Tom! He's always been there to help when called upon in a reasonable amount of time. He's hospitable and understands the many needs tenants may have. If any issues arise don't hesitate to call Tom he'll be there for you.
