BSI takes the dread out of going to the mechanic. They are always fair, honest and fast. Wait times are never long. They will never perform a service they don’t deem necessary.... and they don’t try to sell me air filters or anything else I don’t need. I would feel 100% comfortable sending my daughter alone for service knowing they won’t take advantage of her with unnecessary services (unlike the chain place across the street).
