I called to schedule an appointment for my truck. They were conveniently located at Monkey Junction in Wilmington, NC. They answered many questions over the phone and then in narrowing down my repair projections referred me to another local mechanic who specializes in my type of vehicle. They were very courteous and informative and kind to lead me in the right direction. If I need any other service work done than deep engine repair I am going to BSI Car Service.
