Harrington Breast Center has lost all sense of connection with individuals. They are more interested in their "codes" than they are helping individuals. The Planner is extremely rude and arrogant. Has taken over a month to try to schedule an appointment with them and definitely don't recommend them.
The business is easy to find and access, the staff is great and very helpful, online check-in is easy to navigate so your wait time isn't very long. The techs in the back working the machines are gentle and always helpful. I'm a small chested woman and sometimes its difficult to put the where they need to go but they manage to get it done in a quick way with as little discomfort as possible. Don’t waste your time. They claim I cancelled my appointment, I did not. Good thing the lab sent me my results.
ultrasound tech thinks shes a doctor and tries to refute doctor's orders in order to do less work. I had to get a bilateral ultrasound and ultrasound tech thought she knew better than my physician and thought it was wise for her to just not do the other side because she didn't feel like it. I had to beg the ultrasound tech to do her job and scan both breasts. The doctor had ordered bilateral breast ultrasound and the tech only wanted to scan one breast because that was the one that had the most concerning lump. I had to tell her a few times to kindly scan the other one also because there were a few troublesome spots although they were not that concerning to my physician who was "pretty sure they were nothing" but still wanted them scanned.
