Jeffery and Ruben were extremely helpful and professional. They explained the best ways to get my area rugs cleaned after my puppy had some accidents. Jeffery cleaned the rugs right in my home and made sure to tell me exactly what he was doing, including which pet-safe cleaning products were used. Both were very friendly, and the work was done to a high standard for a fair price. I’m already thinking of other things around the house to have cleaned next. Highly recommended!

What a day! I just want to thank an amazing family team for coming out to clean my carpets at the last minute. Earlier this week, I was contacted by a different carpet cleaning company in Birmingham offering really low prices to clean my rugs. I agreed, but sometimes cheap isn’t best. After a few days of texting, they said they would come clean my carpets for $120 at 10am. Paul was very friendly and did an excellent job with our carpet cleaning. He was easy to contact and talk to about the cleaning ahead of time. Once we set up a time, he arrived right on schedule. I moved a few pieces of furniture, but Paul took care of most of it, moving items, cleaning, and then putting them back. I liked how he first used a brush and cleaner on the carpet, then followed up with steam cleaning. I was amazed at how spotless my carpets looked after the cleaning! If you're in Birmingham and need carpet cleaning, this is the company to call. I have two dogs and it's tough to keep the carpets looking nice, especially since they're a light color and show every spot. Bryson & Sons Carpet Service did an amazing job cleaning our cloth couch, oversized chair, and ottoman. With two labs at home, our once white furniture had become pretty dingy.
