The counselor never responds. His voicemail is full. Doesn’t give out his email address. The office says they forward my messages but no reply! I’ve wasted about $900 and a ton of time!!! Don’t go here!
Dr. Evans is great, but his front desk is horrendous. I've been calling about my prescription for days and the front desk woman puts me on hold and hangs up every time. I call back and she recognizes my number and sends me to voicemail. Now I have no medication, on a verge of a panic attack because they refuse to send the prescription to the pharmacy. I have been seeing Dr.Evans now for around 5 years now, I am very particular on who I see. Dr. Evans has been nothing short of amazing since I have been seeing him. He is very caring, kind, professional, attentive and concerned about your questions and concerns. Previously the visits did take some waiting time, but with his new practice location, and building his team the visits do run much more smoothly. Dr. Evans is very knowledgeable and a very considerate provider.
He's a hack! An excellent source of many great prescriptions and future addicts He is passionate about his laptop and has a strong willingness to reference his wall, .also the fantastic superpower of forgetting your name. If you go here expecting empathy, don't waste his time. Never at any time will he make eye contact with you it Is uncanny.
Great place. Felt compelled to write this to counter the negative review that was posted... I put full trust in the folks I've met here.
Dr. Evans is compassionate and smart. He methodically explains treatment options and gives choices. He always tries to help based on how I feel, he is not a pill pusher. He is very trustworthy.
Very good psychiatrist, thoughtful, engaged in the process. I found him to be very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
