THREE times now, the provider has FAILED TO SHOW up for my appointment. DO NOT schedule directly with the provider! I am done and switching to Lifestance. I will now have to wait 22 days to get a refill. For people who have trust issues this is incredibly unprofessional and disheartening!

Patient since 2020. Dr. Evans completed a through exam, and was the only doc who properly precribed and regulated meds. He has a great bedside manner and is super personable. Will definitely refer others and continue to visit. Sean is professional as well. Thanks for your professional care services.

Since 2020, Dr. Evans has been on point with my diagnosis and prescribing proper meds. It's refreshing to have a doc who is concerned, who listens, and who has a fantastic bedside manner. Will refer others and continue my care. Sean is professional as well.

Horrible experience. Had only 1 appointment. He did all the talking, then prescibed a medicine that caused a severe, psychotic, muscular reaction and emergency trip to the hospital. Did not respond to my calls, did not respond to emails. Cancelled the upcoming appointment and was available to reschedule 4 weeks later. Terrible office staff - basically rude. Difficult to make an appointment, does not relay emergencies to the doctor, just tells you to email him.

I think the most difficult thing about this practice he has too many patients he’s overbooked therefore he doesn’t have the time to properly care for your concerns and needs. Appointments no matter how they provide it either in person or phoneis rushed and then staff does a poor Job of implementing his request or he is either not requesting what his patients need not sure where the breakdown is but a breakdown.

I would not recommend Dr. Evans at this time he does not return phone calls the phone isn’t working if it is working you’re on hold for 15 minutes before you can even talk to staff member it’s inexcusable it is inexcusable it’s just Unprofessional

I have been a patient of Dr. Evans for approximately 3 year's now. He was a Godsend to me to say the very least! Dr. Evans takes his time with me and does not try to rush through my appointments to move onto his next patient as most doctor's today do. He is all about the one on one and genuinely cares about his patients! Dr. Evans and my primary care doctor are the only two doctor's that I would Fully Trust with my life. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Evans taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended. Love him and highly recommend him and his staff. I've been to many psychiatrists in the past and never met a psychiatrist as good as he. He helped me tremendously. I'm going to send my mother to him as well.
