Posting for a friend of mine (who is also a healthcare professional) who received sub-par care from Ms. Farlow. She was brief, cold, and scoffed at one of her concerns. She did not comply with regulations about transparency with billing, and was unable to be reached to discuss workup and billing.
Dr. Farlow has been a great resource to me as we've established ourselves in the DC area. She's always patient in answering all the questions I have around my care, makes great referrals to other physicians in the area, and is consistently on time for our appointments (something that's hard to find these days). She's also very responsive through GW's online platform for quick questions and prescription requests in between appointments. I'd highly recommend her if you're looking for a GP in the area.
